The 150,000 sq ft The Friary Centre Retail Development in the heart of Guildford was comprehensively refurbished.
Architects Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson were appointed for the development of the detail design and the construction stages of the project through to completion. The proposals entailed the creation of larger retail units and the remodelling of the central atrium and food court. Ceilings, mall finishes and shopfronts were replaced throughout the development and the public entrances remodelled and enhanced.
